This website is intended to provide information about our services and allow clients to subscribe to our greeting card mailing program. By using this site, you agree to use it lawfully and not to engage in any misuse, unauthorized access, or disruption of service.

Services & Subscription Policy

The Card Company provides an annual, subscription-based service to design, print, and mail personalized cards on behalf of businesses.

  • Starter Plan: 10 cards/month
  • Professional Plan: 25 cards/month

    • All subscriptions are non-cancelable and non-refundable once payment is processed via our secure provider.

    Submission Deadlines

    To ensure timely delivery of cards:

  • Clients must submit recipient information (names, addresses, and occasions) via email or our client portal by the last day of each month.
  • If no submission is received by that deadline, cards will not be sent for that month.
  • All cards are mailed within 45 days after month-end as part of a batch process.

    • Monthly reminders will be sent to help you stay on schedule.

    Responsibility for Data Accuracy

    Clients are responsible for providing accurate recipient information.

    The Card Company is not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses or errors in submitted data.

    Intellectual Property

    All card designs, creative templates, and platform content remain the exclusive intellectual property of The Card Company, LLC. You may not copy, reuse, or reproduce any materials without written permission.

    Account Suspension or Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services in cases of non-payment, misuse, or violation of these terms.

    Modifications

    We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and become effective immediately. Continued use of the website or services indicates your acceptance of any updates.

    Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes arising from use of the site or our services will be handled in Mississippi jurisdiction.
